The Body Blitz Bootcamp Includes:

  • A uniquely designed program with no session being the same.

  • A dedicated trainer to guide and push you through every workout.

  • Fitness testing at the beginning and end of the course to see how far you have progressed.

  • Nutritional advice and diet recommendations.

  • On call 24/7 via phone & text for any question, big or small.

Mums & Bubs: Postpartum Fitness

 

Claire Garrard, both a certified trainer and mum says “This program is designed to help women lose their pregnancy weight gain, improve muscle tone, and connect with other mums all whilst bonding with their baby and improving self-esteem in the process”. 

 

The Mums & Bubs Postnatal Program Includes:

  • A uniquely designed program with other local mums and their babies.

  • Peace of mind knowing you are in the hands of a certified trainer who undertands the meaning of being a mother and what your body has to go through during a pregnancy.

  • Focusing on reducing body fat levels, strengthening the upper back & pelvic floor

  • Short seminars on healthy eating, a safe diet with breast feeding. 

  • On call 24/7 via phone & text for any question, big or small.

Working with personal trainer, Claire Garrard is one of the fastest and most successful ways to improve your health and fitness and achieve your personal goals. To get fit, lose weight, tone-up or train for a special event, personal training is the answer.
