Your Bootcamp Includes:
A uniquely designed program with no session being the same.

This program is designed to help women recover and rebuild their bodies from the inside out. Connect with other mums in a supported environment, all whilst bonding with their baby and improving self-esteem in the process.
The Mums & Bubs Postnatal Program Includes:
A uniquely designed program with other local mums and their babies.
Peace of mind knowing you are in the hands of a certified trainer who undertands the meaning of being a mother and what your body has to go through during a pregnancy.
Focusing on recovery after birth, strengthening the upper back & pelvic floor
Short seminars on healthy eating, a safe diet with breast feeding.

An hour of power focused on building your strength and aerobic capacity. With a mix of weights and HITT style conditioning, this class is the edge you need to get your body, mind and soul ready for the day.
