Mums & Bubs: Postpartum Fitness



Claire Garrard, both a certified trainer and mum of 2 says “This program is designed to help women regain muscular strength, improve muscle tone, and connect with other mums all whilst bonding with their baby and improving self-esteem in the process”.


This ten week postpartum program created by Claire Garrard, of Leading Edge Personal Training has been designed with mums in mind focusing on guiding you back into exercise after a baby. Your transformation will begin as you perform the effective exercises which target the very muscles used and abused during labor, delivery and the day to day care of your baby. This tailored program will allow your body to become strong, lean and full of energy, not only will you look great, but you will also begin to rid your body of any aches and pains that can come with being a mum. 


Along with your fitness, your baby is also the focus and is always in your sight as you interact with them during each exercise, allowing your baby to have new and interesting experiences.
